HP MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

YEARBOOKS If you are interested in purchasing a yearbook this year see Mr. Seely. The price is $15. Money needs to be in to Mr.Seely by Monday, May 14th
Grade 8 and 9’s get your Dalhousie science trip forms into Mrs. Bradbury by Thursday May 10th.
Grade 8 Upper Clements Park Trip. The grade 8s will be going to Upper Clements Park on Friday 22 June for a day of fun and excitement. Get in your consent forms and your $25 as soon as possible.
Grade 7 Field Trips: grade 7 students are reminded to get their consent forms and money in for their trips to the Discovery Center and Atlantic Playland as soon as possible.
Teens Now Talk Contest Teens Now Talk Magazine is having a “My Favourite Teacher” contest. The winning student and teacher will receive a $100 Mic Mac Mall gift certificate. Go to the Teens Now Talk website and look under “contests” for more details.
Special Note: as spring has arrived, you are still expected to be to school and classes on time. Please consume your lunch during lunch hour, as you will not be permitted to bring your lunch to class or store leftover lunch in school fridges.
Track and Field: There will be a mandatory practice Today after school.
The boys softball team is now posted on the bulletin board outside the gym. Thanks to all of you for trying out, being on time, and giving your best effort.
There is a girls softball tryout today at 12:15. It will be in the gym if it is raining, and at the ballfield if it is not raining.
There is going to be a Fantasy Football League at Highland Park next year, if you are interested please talk to Mr. Maher this week to get more information.
