HP MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Week 1

Remember to bring in your student fees and media release forms if you have not already. If you can’t pay right away please talk to your homeroom teacher.

Grade 7 Vaccination forms--take them home, get them signed, and bring them back to the office as soon as possible!

Take Our Kids to Work day is Wednesday 14 November for the grade 9s. Find someplace to spend the day and learn about a potential career! Go to www.thelearningpartnership.ca for more information or to print yourself off additional consent forms. Bring in your consent forms asap.

All students: There is a lot of garbage around and inside the school. Find the garbage! If snack wrappers in school are not put in the garbage, snacks will be stopped.

Music: If you are interested in taking free string lessons here at Highland Park, please see Mr. Lucas in the office to sign up.

HP SPORTS

There is a mandatory meeting for the girls soccer team today at break, and a meeting for the boys team today at the start of lunch in room 406 Mr Jerretts room

The girls soccer team plays tomorrow!

There will be a Cross Country practice tomorrow after school at 3:00pm sharp.

Please sign up for Fall Madness Intramural Basketball by this Friday, Sept 21.

There are Boys and Girls Volleyball sign up sheets posted outside of the gym, anyone who would like to try out please sign up before Friday. We are also looking for Volleyball coaches, please let Mr. Jerrett know if you know someone who wants to coach.

Touch Football : weather permitting, our first game is this Wednesday at 4pm on the Commons. You must have your permission form in to Mr. Lucas in order to play.

Student Lates
Respect your teachers, classmates and most of all yourself.  Be on time for school. Remember any students who are late will be required to make up lost time after school with Mr. Lucas. SO BE ON TIME!
