HP MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Take Our Kids to Work day is Wednesday 14 November for the grade 9s. Find someplace to spend the day and learn about a potential career! Bring in your consent forms ASAP. Additional forms can be found outside Mr. Lang’s office.
The Terry Fox Run is this Friday October 5th. Make sure you bring in your donations so you will be excused from classes, have a chance to win a pizza party and for those who get at least 5 pledge donations you will be entered to win a new bike! Get that money to your homeroom teachers ASAP.
I AM POTENTIAL - anyone who still would like to be a part of the I AM POTENTIAL program should give their application to the office asap
Student Council meeting will be held today at 12:30 in Ms Pratt’s room. Come have a say in what happens at your school!
Girls Only Active Lunch: Starting on Tuesday Oct 9th at 12:20
Girl Soccer team is scheduled to play today at 5:15 at ST. Stephens field against Park West. Listen for a possible announcement later today incase the game has been cancelled due to weather.
The Girls volleyball tryout list has been posted outside of the gym, the players listed are invited to the 3rd and final tryout tomorrow at lunch starting at 12:15.
Boys Soccer team beat Herring Cove yesterday by a score of 2 - 0. Goals from Leyton Feargrieve and Paul Abule Othow and a strong performance by goalie Ethan Legere.
Mr. Tortola will be organizing the school clothing order this year. Please listen to announcements in the coming weeks for information on how you can own your very own HP gear.
