All schools in the Halifax Regional Centre for Education are closed today, Friday, February 14, 2025 due to icy road conditions throughout HRM.
This decision was based on the following information:
- Freezing rain, rain and then a drop in temperature overnight; and
- Roads and sidewalks are still being cleared.
Offices and worksites are open.
